About Us:

Inductive Robotics is an early-stage startup developing an automated EV Charging solution to provide a scalable option for commercial customers. Our robotics-based charging solution breaks the mold from capital-intensive, long-lead, construction-based installations and instead delivers a flexible, fast-to-deploy, charging service built for our EV future.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test and implement software for our robot prototype based on ROS.
• Work alongside HW Engineering to develop a functioning prototype.
• Develop algorithms for perception, localization, mapping, and motion planning.
• Integrate software with hardware components like motor controllers, arms and sensors.
• Optimize algorithms for real operating environments and product requirements and customer

Expectations

Conduct system integration testing and debugging.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in ROS, or C++. Familiarity with Python a bonus.
• Experience with sensor integration, perception algorithms, robotics or hardware-in-the-loop.
• Proficiency in Git and software development tools.
• Comfortable operating in a highly fluid environment and building from 0 to 1.

Compensation:

This is a paid internship -$20/hour depending on the skill and experience level. Occasional travel to our Seattle office may be required. We will provide a travel stipend to cover costs.
