We are seeking a highly motivated and talented textile engineer to join our team as a Founding Textile Engineer. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability, clean supply chain, and have a strong desire to make a positive impact on the world.

About LitKnit:

LitKnit is developing the next generation of sustainable compression wear. By utilizing cutting edge textiles LitKnit offers superior durability, performance, and odor control while maintaining a cleaner, more sustainable supply chain and material set. We’re changing how people move and ensuring that their clothing contributes to the long term health of the planet.

Responsibilities:

Work with manufacturing partners to design and produce new textiles

Work closely with the founders to communicate design requirements to the consumer

Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to promote the product

Support patent process in all technical aspects

Full technical ownership of development process

Act as technical sales support for B2B engagements

Qualifications:

Sustainability and contributing to a healthier planet should be a core motivation for you

Master’s degree in Textile Design / Textile Engineering

Eagerness to learn, challenge the status quo, build on new concepts

Strong communication and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be working closely with the CEO and play a pivotal role in delivering our first and future products
